By accessing or using the AI Solver application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Solver ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

AI Solver is an AI-powered educational tool designed to help students solve homework problems. The App allows users to take a photo of a homework problem and receive AI-generated step-by-step solutions and explanations. AI Solver is intended as a study aid and learning tool.

3. Eligibility

The App is available to users of all ages. If you are under 18, you should use the App with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement or have obtained parental/guardian consent.

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal iOS device for educational purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not allow you to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the App

5. User Conduct

When using AI Solver, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful, educational purposes
• Not use the App to cheat on examinations, standardized tests, or assessments where external tools are prohibited
• Not submit inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content through the App
• Not attempt to interfere with the App's functionality or security
• Not use automated systems or bots to access the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, and code of the App are owned by AI Solver and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any images you submit for processing. The solutions and explanations generated by the App are provided for your personal educational use.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

While AI Solver strives to provide accurate solutions, AI-generated content may contain errors. The App is designed as a study aid and should not be relied upon as the sole source of academic answers. We encourage students to use the step-by-step explanations to understand concepts and verify solutions independently.

8. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of AI Solver may require a subscription or in-app purchase. Payment is processed through Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Solver and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Academic consequences resulting from reliance on the App's solutions
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Interruption or unavailability of the App
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your device

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Solver and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
